This is my sweet 2 year 8 month old (today!) doing the back float all on his own!! He's done it a couple of times during his swim lessons, but for no more than an instant. This had me grinning from ear to ear. You can hear the moms of the other 2 kids in his class just as excited about his accomplishment in the video! He has always loved the water, but now he just almost seems at peace when he's in there.
So very, very proud of my little swimmer!

I got tears in my eyes, watching him do the backfloat! that's amazing!
(why it would make me tear up is a separate question! i guess i'm just proud, too!)
